EVROFIN Int. spol. s r.o. was founded on September 23, 1993, and its headquarters are still located in Ústí nad Labem (the place of its foundation). The company also has branches in Prague, Brno, Dobrovice, Bratislava, and Budapest. Currently, EVROFIN employs approximately 50 people across 3 countries. Since its inception, EVROFIN has specialized in services related to the sale and maintenance of technologies for document circulation and processing in companies and institutions. Since 2016, we have also been dealing with digital communication technologies, customer communication systems (CCM and CXM), logistics technologies, and delivery and e-commerce technologies.

The company is structurally divided into two divisions: the Digital Division (dealing with SW technologies in the CCM and CXM fields) and the Technology Division (sales and service of document processing technologies, logistics, and e-commerce solutions). In the Czech Republic, EVROFIN also has a Services Division focusing on document archiving services, including professional shredding, and consulting in document circulation and archiving, including digital documents.

The majority of EVROFIN's activities focus on regional cooperation with the global company Quadient (formerly NEOPOST) through direct representation in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. We also work on certain projects outside these countries.

As part of offering comprehensive solutions for document processing, customer, and logistics technologies, we also cooperate with other suppliers such as Packsize (USA), OPEX (USA), Property BLOCKS (CZ), VIPS (France), and Matica (Italy). We also have long-term business partnerships with other companies, such as Konica Minolta.

EVROFIN has approximately 1,200 unique customers across 3 countries, including postal operators, banks, insurance companies, health insurance providers, energy suppliers, e-commerce clients, logistics companies, print service providers, and many public administration clients, such as ministries, municipal and regional offices, courts, etc.
